How Does The Auction Process Benefit Real Estate Brokers

The auction process gives licensed Real Estate Brokers the opportuntity to earn a commission and be compensated for their time and efforts invested in the present and future listings.

  • Brokers Representing Buyer: Licensed Real Estate brokers may participate in the selling side brokerage fee if their properly registered client purchases property being auctioned through Worldwide Auction Realty Services.
  • Brokers Representing Sellers: Licensed real estate brokers may earn a percentage of the selling price for offernig their clients the opportunity to auction through Worldwide Auction Realty Services and they may participate in the selling of their property through the auction process.
